AIA's Got Talent 2013

Leadership Conference is an internal corporate event held annually of which the top executives form nearly 20 regional offices of AIA Group will communicate their strategy.

Meanwhile, a competition called AIA’s Got Talent was created in order to enhance tam spirits and loyalty through cross-regional competition. AIA’s Got Talent, as we can see, is an internal competition of AIA that imitates America’s Got Talent.

Creativeworks was responsible for the creative idea and theme design, online platform, technical support and maintenance of Leadership Conference. As for the AIA’s Got Talent event, the representatives of each regional offices/group departments of AIA uploaded the video of their performances to the online platform for colleagues to watch and vote for them.

The top five teams would make live performance on the last day of Leadership Conference as the final round of the competition.

Outcome

AIA’s Got Talent 2013 has gain huge success. Over 250,000 people visit to microsite and there are over 12,000 employee votes during the campaign. The Finale live broadcast on AIA’s network has created great engagement initiative across entities.
