Better directory for a better festival experience

Talking about Hong Kong, food is always on the list. If you are a foodie, you have definitely been to or heard about Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival which is an annual event organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Every year, the festival attracts a big crowd of exhibitors and visitors who are passionate about good food and fine wine. Festival can be a mess, not finding the right booth, getting lost in the sea of cuisine.

Creativeworks created a better exhibitors directory for in-site event usage. Previously, the festival only provided the directory in their kiosk, and the functions did not work well, so the event staff ended up doing it manually. In light of this, before the event, we have built a website for exhibitors to register and a better system for more user-friendly directory. During the event, visitors can easily find out the location of various exhibitors through the iPads. This contributes to a more organized and convenient wine & dine festival. Visitors can find out their targeted chefs, restaurants, cuisines and wines right away, without wasting time on walking around and looking around.
